There has to be a special place in eternity for people who make this stuff so hard.
We are in total wait mode. Apparently there is only one person that "works" in Probate. They don't care about other peoples time nor do they see any urgency in processing the files. How does the county government only have one person at the front end of the Probate process. Our case should not take 30 days to process, but that's what were told. ZERO stars

When I initially called St. Louis County Probate Division I was expecting the typical government "bureaucratic run-around" at my time of bereavement. That was not my experience at all! I spoke with Eva & Patty, both were caring professional employees. They were very patience and informative. When a particular employee could not assist me, I was told someone would call me back - and in fact I received timely call backs. I was provided detail information which made the probate process less stressful and mysterious.
