I went to Banner Cleaners because Tip Top (on Clayton Rd) messes up the clothes of everyone I know...I had a simple stain on the back of a suit coat from some sauce a server spilled on me the night before, yet when they "dry cleaned" my suit, the stain looked exactly the same. I had them redo it, and they got some of it off, but the stain is still there. I'm very disappointed and I won't be going back there.

I am furious at this cleaner because they overcharge me EVERY SINGLE TIME I've used them. Once you call to get it straightened out they act like its your fault and give you some lame excuse as to why the "surcharge" is more than the drycleaning. WTF happened to customer service in this town?!!!
